Payment options

Shipping cost is to be shouldered by the buyer. Rates are based on the prevailing pricing of our courier.

Delivery lead time is within 3 days for Metro Manila, and 5-7 days for provincial locations. (excluding holidays)

Should you wish to arrange for your own pick-up, please select the "Self Pick-up" when you check out.

When will my order be ready?

We are ready to ship out within 1 to 2 working days of payment for regular items.
Personalization for embroidery add-ons need 5 working days.
This does not include delivery lead time yet.

Please note that we are closed on Sundays and holidays.
Operating hours within 8AM to 6PM.

 

I want to have my items embroidered. Can you do this for me?

Yes we can. Please add to cart the "Add-on Embroidery" text or monogram listings from our catalog.

 

I chose an Embroidery Add-on, what can I expect?

Our team will get in touch with you to confirm the order details. If there are any changes or edits, we can still accommodate it at this phase.

For custom designs outside of available options, special pricing will be followed. This will need to be settled on top on the amount computed on the website.

Pricing will consider the design complexity, colors, and size.

 

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for Customized orders?

No minimum order quantity😊

 

Do you give a discount for bulk orders?
